Create your account.

Sign up

Sign-up opens in a window over the page you're on, so you never lose your place. There's no separate sign-up page to find.

   Step 1: Open the sign-up window

   Choose Join in the top bar. The window opens on Create your account.

   Step 2: Pick how you'll sign in

   Choose Continue with Google to use your Google account, or enter an email address and a password.

   A password needs at least 8 characters, with at least one letter and one number. Type it twice to confirm it.

   Step 3: Create the account

   Choose Create account. You're signed in straight away and taken to set up your profile. See Set up your profile.

Confirm your email

Confirming is optional, but it earns the Email verified badge on your profile, and it makes sure account mail reaches you.

   Step 1: Send the link

   Choose Send verification email.

   WhereDashboard→Settings→Email

   Step 2: Open the email and follow the link

   The link works once and expires after 24 hours. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then send another from the same place.

If you can't sign in

   Step 1: Reset your password

   Open Sign in and choose Forgot? beside the password field. Enter the email on your account and we'll send a link to set a new password.

   Step 2: Unlock a locked account

   After too many failed attempts your account locks to protect it. Resetting your password is how you get back in.

Signed up at a talk or event

If you scanned a FILLI.ME code at an event, you gave us your name and email there. We sent you a welcome email: choose Set up my account in it to finish.

Your name, and often a handle we held for you, are filled in when you set up your profile. They're a suggestion, not a decision: change either one before you finish.
