What verified means.
The builder has proven access to a connected account or company email address, keeps a live .filli.me website, or has a project link that resolves to a public page. On a co-worker review, the verified reviewer check means the reviewer proved they own an email at the company’s domain. The words of the review are the reviewer’s own, not FILLI.ME’s.
What it doesn't mean
FILLI.ME does not guarantee a builder’s:
- Role or job title
- Authorship of a specific work project
- Ownership of the site a .filli.me address points to
- Identity documents
- Skill level
- Professional certification

What does verified mean?
A verification badge shows that a builder has proven access to a connected account or company email address, keeps a live .filli.me website, or has a project link that resolves to a public page. It does not guarantee identity, skill level, or a builder's exact role at a company.

On a professional project, a builder can share a private reviewer link with a manager, teammate or client who saw the work happen. The reviewer proves they own an email at the company's domain with a 6-digit code (no account needed), then writes a short review. It appears on the project as domain-verified proof: their chosen name (or an anonymous role) and the company domain are shown, never their email address.

No. Anyone with the reviewer link and an email at the locked company domain can review as a guest. Reviewers who do sign in keep their verified work email on their account, so future reviews at that domain skip the code.
