Builder profile

I write documentation for developer products. I came to it from four years on a support desk, which is the best training for the job I can think of — you learn very quickly which sentence in the docs is the one causing the ticket. These days I do about half writing and half building the thing the writing lives in, since docs sites are software and treating them as a content problem alone tends to end badly. I am opinionated about examples being runnable and about never writing the word simply. Not a developer, though I am on the same repository and I break the build about as often as anyone.
