Cielo Navarrete

Mobile developer in Davao, three years in — mostly Flutter, plus one inherited React Native app I've made my peace with. I started at a software house that serves rural banks, which means I learned early that an app is only as good as what it does with zero bars of signal. I like small screens and small teams. My dog has a video game now, which is more than most dogs can say.
