About this project
What it does: Powers the full online store at teevisionprinting.com — product browsing, ordering, and fulfillment management.
How it was built: Java + Spring Boot backend, Next.js frontend with React Query for data fetching, PostgreSQL, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Cognito), and GitHub Workflows for CI/CD automation.
What I learned: Owning end-to-end technical strategy for a production e-commerce platform; eliminating a full hour per deployment cycle by automating CI/CD pipelines; cutting page load times by 5 seconds and improving SEO through optimized client-side data fetching.
